Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland Malaysia and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Annems Leadership Solution Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to speaker conflicts or insufficient registrations. Minimum registration requirements may vary. If a course needs to be rescheduled or cancelled we will strive to inform our clients in a timely manner. We will not be liable for any damages or expenses incurred by the client from cancelling a course. If Annems Leadership Solution cancels a course, clients will be contacted and re-booked for a future date of the same course. The client may choose to use the credit toward an alternative course. Clients may also request a full refund to be processed.
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect.
